1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging Aquatic Cleanup for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Scope of services

Aquatic Cleanup provides mechanical aquatic weed removal and related shoreline services across Central Florida. Quotes provided via this website are estimates; final pricing requires an on-site inspection and a signed work order.

3. Coupons and promotions

• Coupons must be presented at the time of scheduling.
• Individual coupon terms (see each coupon page) control eligibility, stacking, and limits.
• We may modify or discontinue offers at any time without notice.

4. Payment and cancellation

Payment terms are set in the signed service agreement. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a mobilization fee equal to the deposit or minimum visit charge, whichever applies.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Aquatic Cleanup's aggregate liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We do not guarantee permanent eradication — aquatic invasives can re-establish from drift, wildlife, or upstream sources.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
